16 June 2025 : The Pre-Primary Unit of New English Medium School (NEMS) celebrated the first day of the new academic year with great enthusiasm and joy. The entire school campus was beautifully decorated with vibrant and colourful balloons, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere for the little ones.

The day began with a traditional welcome, as prayers were offered to Goddess Saraswati, seeking blessings for wisdom and knowledge. Our Headmistress, along with the teachers, greeted each child with a warm smile at the entrance, making them feel comfortable and happy.

To engage the children and make the day special, teachers narrated interesting and interactive stories using puppets, which captured the young learners’ attention and sparked their imagination. The children enthusiastically sang melodious songs, participated in fun games, and enjoyed creative activities, making the first day a delightful experience.

The atmosphere was filled with laughter, excitement, and joy as the children explored their classrooms and made new friends. It was truly a memorable start to their learning journey, leaving both students and teachers with beautiful memories of this special day.
