Deccan Education Society’s New English Medium School, Pre Primary Unit Shaniwar Peth, conducted a ‘Bagless Day’ activity on Saturday with great enthusiasm.

As part of the activity, Senior KG students participated in various life-skill-based activities such as hanging clothes on a clothesline and securing them with clips, washing and wiping fruits and vegetables, pouring water into a vessel and serving it for drinking, wearing a T-shirt and buttoning it and packing their school bags independently. Through these activities, students gained confidence in performing simple daily tasks on their own. The activities helped develop self-reliance, responsibility, confidence, and fine motor skills among the young learners.
